Why is my guy friend acting weird?

Hiya, I've been friends with a guy for nearly 2 years.We joked around in lower school and teased eachother (the nice way). I suddenly began having feelings for him at the end of our last year. He was my best friend and we even hanged round with eachother at the end of school.When summer was over we moved to upper school. There were loads of people who were strangers and we decided to stick by eachother. We were tight for the next 3 months and were always lab partners. Then the next month everything became different. We started to drift apart slowly and I noticed slight changes in him. Like he always used to talked to me and at break we used to see eachother. He also started to get popular friends ( most were stuck up) and was acting differently around me. When he looks at me for instance his eyes dart everywhere and he looks to the floor usually. I was lucky to get a sentence of conversation every two weeks. There is this one girl that he is friends with and she flirts with him a lot. Becoming a Nurse While in The Army?

So I'm 18 and a half years old, just graduated high school a month, and leaving for Army Basic Training in 2 weeks. I'm going to become a Medic in the Army. My long term goals for my life is to become a Nurse in Army Nurse Corps by the time I'm around 27...So far my plan is to enlist for 4 years, then do reserves for 4 years, and while I'm in the Reserves to become an RN. I hope to become a OB/GYN Nurse. What I want to know, from a Civilian or Military, does this goal seem moderately realistic? How much of my courses can I do online or during active duty? Just a general question, roughly how much does it cost to become a RN? I'm not so much worried about the money because I qualified for a Army College Fund that will more than likely completely pay for my education.

What can I do if I have a fibula stress fracture?

Ok so I am a freshman girl going to be a sophomore and I do cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track. About 2 weeks ago i just started running again after 3 weeks after track ended due to another injury in my thigh. I moved to this school in fifth grade. Now I'll be going into freshman year. During the summer of fifth and sixth grade I went to the school to hang out with my best friend at the time(A girl). On the way there as we passed the gas station, there was a group of the more jock-like guys, who I do not like because they were very rude and judged people A LOT. Yes, we did have jock-ish people at that time, more mild then, though. Story short- we got called losers, fatties, bitches, etc., but went on. They were there when my friend and I got to the park-school thing. They teased us, stole my water, and well, were assholes. I never wanted to see their faces, mainly his. To my surprise, he was in my 6th grade class. Well, I avoided him because of his douche-ish acts. During the year, I progressed into more of a girl.(Within 3 months) Meaning--not to be offensive-- I slimmed out and got 4 inches taller.I was really short, by the end of that I was 5' and 1 half inches. After that was over... I caught him staring at me. That went on for the rest of the school year. While we were at a week long camp(in May), he was in my group, one thing on my mind- oh joy... I told this kid who I joke around with a lot that I, jokingly, hated him, the guy who I'm asking the question about(who I'll nickname 'boy') was behind me talking to a guy. Boy then said, 'you don't hate me, right?'. Confused I said "no.. you're alright." that was odd. On the last day of school, Boy walked up to me blushing and was going to say something, but then walked away.(I know it's long, bare with me!) He has been in 4 of my classes(not including 6th grade) during the course of middle school, and has been my project partner once, and we barely talked to each other during that time, or during middle school at all. Boy still stared and sometimes blushed or smiled. I talked to my very good best friend, who is a gamer and guy, and he said he has only the slightest clue of a yes. My very few female friends say, maybe. I really do not like this guy! He is rude and keeps girlfriends for like 2 months or less. Boy also harshly dumps them 75% of the time. Okay, so right now I'm feeling a little insecure about my looks...shocker. There's this friend who keeps on lightly touching my knee when he is talking to me. Happened every time we met while he is talking. And I let him but I am not massively atttracted to him but I am not repulsed either. For example, he is intelligent and speaks three languages fluently. We also tease eachother about our accents. He's from Wales, I am from East London. Tonight, he touched my face but only to illustrate how someone else touched my face but I didn't move away. I let him into my space but I don't reciprocate the touch. Otherwise, he never says anything to indicate that he likes me but does it sound like he likes me?

You may have just recited my life exactly! My dad got transferred to out of the country (from USA to greenland) and i have no clue what to do! He never comes home and my mom used to be a teacher but now she has to work in a factory! I have 3 jobs to try to keep a steady in come and i cant relate to anyone here cause its a different culture! Now he might not like it at first but it sounds like to me that the bird hasn't had a good spray with the water bottle.....get a spray bottle and put it about half way between a mist and stream.....if he has had this done before it won't startle him....even if he tries to evade the water spray him...it might take a couple of times but he will soon come to love it...I have a pair of wild caught Yellow Napes, at first they were scared of the spray...as soon as they got used to it they loved it...when they see me with my spray bottle they hang from the tops of their cages with their wings down much like a cockatiel does......also give him plenty of black oiler sunflower seeds (one heaping tbs a day)....they will help his new feathers as they come in...the old feathers are what they are...once they are grown completely in there isn't much you can do other than to give baths..........

I've drawn a lot ever since i was lille. In elementary school me and my friends used to make "comic books" (even though i'd never even read a comic before lol). In sixth grade one of my friends got me interested in manga (japanese comic). I started to read manga every day and i came up with my own stories and characters and stuff. In seventh grade i decided that i wanted to be a mangaka (japanese comic artist) when i grew up. But whenever i buy manga my parents think that its a waste of money and tell me to stop buying them. Should I stop eating food?

I'm 5'0, and 108 pounds, and I want to lose about 10 pounds...I'm eating approximately 1500 calories and I exercise daily...I go jogging for 20 minutes and play tennis and go swimming and am usually moderately active. I've been doing this for weeks, but I'm not losing any weight! I don't have the time to exercise anymore, so should I just stop eating food? I've been contemplating purging, but I can't bring myself to do it, especially because I know how horrible it is for your body. I just want to lose weight so I can view myself in a better light.

Do I need to go to the doctor for a second ear infection?

I had swimmer's ear in my left ear with my eardrum still intact, which I found out when I went to the doctor. She prescribed me ear drops, which I was supposed to use for 7 days. 2 days later, it completely went from my left ear and started in my right ear. Now it is on the EXACT same track -- day 1: feels like I "pulled" my ear. day 2: hurts, ear itches. day 3: worst pain of all of the days (the day I'm on right now) day 4: the top of my ear stops hurting, but the inside is still moderately painful. day 5: same as day 4. day 6: pretty much completely gone. I started taking ear drops for my left ear (1st ear) on day 5. When I got the ear ache in my right ear, I started taking them on day 2. But nothing has changed. Day 3 is still the worst pain yet. The only difference I can tell is that when I put the drops in my left ear I didn't really notice they were there after a minute or so after I got up, but in my right ear it feels like there were too many drops put in and it's clogging my ear, even though I'm putting in 4 like I always have. Do I need to go to the doctor for this, or can I just keep putting drops in my ear and it will go away.

What fighting style is right for me?

Not everyone is a fighter. You really want the yahoo community to choose an art for you? All these people will do is promote their own respective martial arts and give some bullshlt reason why you should listen. Being a good fighter takes a lot of practice and technique building but it also takes some knack for fighting. You seem to suck at it naturally. We all suck somewhat before we are taught, but the way you described yourself makes it seem like you just suck period. However, you could take any non-bullshlt martial arts class and at least learn to defend yourself against the average person. Be skeptical of your teacher though because alot of schools out here are just in it for the money and will lead you astray, making you believe you can fight until the day you get a serious *** whooping. Dont get wrapped up in sports and the general sparring, whether you take karate, tkd, some chinese art, some mma class, or whatever. Remember that regardless of how real the sparring seems to real life fighting, its still a safe and regulated match. On the street, you aren't safe. there are no rules.

Okay, so I'm a female obviously, fifteen years old, on birth control, moderately stressed, and sexually active. A couple of months ago I changed birth control. For the first few months everything was alright, but recently I've been experiencing brown discharge through the entire month except when having my period. The texture varies from thin, light, and watery to very thick, and dark. There is no odor to it and I'm not experiencing any itching or burning. I'm fairly confident that it isn't an STD.
