I'm 5'0, and 108 pounds, and I want to lose about 10 pounds...I'm eating approximately 1500 calories and I exercise daily...I go jogging for 20 minutes and play tennis and go swimming and am usually moderately active. I've been doing this for weeks, but I'm not losing any weight! I don't have the time to exercise anymore, so should I just stop eating food? I've been contemplating purging, but I can't bring myself to do it, especially because I know how horrible it is for your body. I just want to lose weight so I can view myself in a better light.
