How can i tell my family that i i no longer believe exactly what they do ?

I live in a moderately christian household my mother is catholic and my father is anglecan the both attend church rarely . My aunt ensures that a recieve my weekly dosage of sermons and what not. over the past year and a half ive been doing some reasearch and crtical thnking and im not sure whether i believe in christianity anymore . I no longer have an interest in atrending mass and i dnt ko of i should tell my parents or not any advice is welcome
