My Scottie is tall and odd looking?

Ok, so my tenth month old Scottie has many odd colors, white/brown/tan/gray/ mainly black. He's supposed to be brindle but he's not. He is also 15" tall and weighs 23 pounds. My 2 year old westie is also short. But my BQ- what mix is the Scottie?
